Summer time is just around the corner now might be an excellent time to stop drinking and drugging. I know I never wanted to stop drinking once the warm weather was here.
I can give you an idea of how to stop drinking and go about it. I would set a date of when you want to quit drinking and make a commitment to stop drinking on that day. Whats the hold up take action now.
It is a good thing to keep in mind that you may not feel to well but you will get through it. I would get the Big Book of AA and start reading it There are some good stories in there and you can get a lot of hope from it.
Once you get dried out start attending AA meetings. Remember this you can not drink just one! One is too many and a thousand is never never enough!! Stop Drinking
