
How to Stop Drinking Booze
1. You need to attend AA meetings every day for 90 days. This is very important so take action and do it.
2. Start going to Addiction Therapy. Addiction therapy will set you free to live and enjoy life.
3. Start exercising by drinking constantly we have neglected or bodies. A healthy body is a healthy mind.
I have found all of things helpful to stop drinking. I really liked addiction therapy it helped lighten my burden.
We can share with are addictions therapist all of the things we are unable to share at our meetings.
This is a huge relief all by itself. I used to tell my therapist what I thought were terrible things she always informed me that she had heard a lot worse.
We learn in our recovery that we are not unique. I thought I was the only one that did the kind of shit that I did.
I also thought that no one drank or used as many drugs as I did either. I was wrong many people probably used more but I was unique. I dam near uniqued my way out of AA.
There is an old saying my grandmother used to use and that is a healthy body makes a healthy mind.
We need to eat regular and appropriate types of food to remain healthy. I would also recommend regular exercise like taking a long walk every day.
One more thing you can do is meditate and pray. It is important to stay in constant contact with our higher power.
I like to pray when I wake up and again before bed. Do not be confused I pray through out the day on a regular basis.
