Dilaudid addiction

Ever wonder how some people bounce back and forth between a dilaudid addiction and heroin addiction?

I have yet to figure this out I mean one is just as bad as the other in fact studies show that dilaudid is like 5 times stronger than heroin.

Therefore a lot of folks end up with a dilaudid Addiction but this is not so uncommon. I see people almost every day with one type of drug problem or another when its all said and done its all the same addiction is just that addiction.

Dilaudid was invented around 1926 after heroin was removed from the market and you can just about bet that people have been suffering from dilaudid addiction ever since.

If you want to stop using dilaudid try to taper yourself off of them. If this does not work go to rehab and there you can go thorough dilaudid withdrawal comfortably.

I say this because I have been there and done that. If you do stop using dilaudid when you get out of rehab or what ever you will have to take action if you want to remain clean.

Action will consist of strengthening your mind, body, and spirit. How do I do that you may ask? It is really quite simple.

First of all you can strengthen the mind by going to meetings and reading recovery literature. The body needs plenty of exercise so make plans to go for a long walk each day.

Lastly the your spirit needs fed you can do this with meditation or by going to church choose your own way. I will say this again recovery is not so hard but taking the action sometimes is a challenge especically when it comes to dilaudid.
